HISTORY
RMPH started modestly in 1993 as a small, family-run business between brothers Dave and Mark Eggerling, primarily working on smaller new construction plumbing jobs and remodels. As the company grew throughout the late 90s and early 2000s, RMP shifted towards focusing on larger multifamily residential construction projects – developing early relationships with top developers and contractors in the Colorado market space. RMP began rapidly growing in size, capability, and expertise to a team of 45 in-house professionals today focusing on large projects.

RMPH’s plumbing expertise is highlighted throughout our construction management process. We employ a streamlined management structure with veteran project managers on-site daily, overseeing project foremen, plumbers, and pieceworkers through the system design review process, ensuring our work is of the highest quality.
